Welcome to SEO Watcher! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SEO Watcher tool (“Service”), which scans a list of URLs through Google Sheets and App Script to monitor changes in key SEO elements, including Title, Description, Robots, Canonical, and more.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

  • The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the information provided.

  • You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineering, or overloading the system with excessive requests.

  • You may need a Google account to access and use SEO Watcher.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we detect any unauthorized or abusive activity.

3. Data and Privacy

  • SEO Watcher collects and processes data strictly to provide the Service.

  • We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

  • Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from your use of the Service.

  • The Service is intended to assist with SEO monitoring but does not replace professional SEO consultation.

  • We are not liable for any losses due to changes in search engine algorithms, website penalties, or other SEO-related issues.

5. Modifications and Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
